All Natural Hair Care

Dry, brittle and frizzy hair is something that most women could do without. With all the different products on the market today for hair therapy, it can get confusing and expensive. If one doesn’t do the job it promised, a woman has to head back out to the store or the salon to purchase another one. This can become incredibly frustrating. Making your own all natural hair care products at home may give you better results and it certainly saves money.

There are probably a few things in your pantry or refrigerator right now that could transform the look and condition of your hair. Items such as eggs, olive oil and avocado can make a huge difference in the texture of your hair. The key is to know what works for what problem. Then it’s easy to determine what all natural hair care regimen will work best for you.

Beer can actually do wonders for your hair. Using a can or bottle of beer to rinse your hair in after shampooing will help to revitalize the shine. Over time, when we use lots of different products on our hair it can lead to a build-up which makes hair appear dull. You do need to use beer that has gone flat though, so open a can a few hours before you plan on washing your hair.

A deep conditioner is a good idea for everyone to use at least once every two weeks. If you have baby oil and eggs in your home, you can make this all natural hair care product and use it today. Discard the egg white as it’s not needed, and mix together the yolk, a touch of the baby oil and some water. Once applied leave it on for at least three minutes. You’ll need to shampoo your hair afterwards.

Limp hair is never terribly attractive so finding something that will help boost volume is always welcomed. Apple cider vinegar works as a all natural hair care supplement. If you treat your hair to an apple cider vinegar rinse it will dramatically increase the volume. For women who have long struggled with thin hair, this is a great and inexpensive solution.

Hot oil treatments can be expensive when done in a salon. Even purchasing the treatments in individual packages adds up. You can do virtually the same thing at home for just pennies. Canola oil makes a perfect all natural hair care conditioner. After warming a small amount of the canola oil in a bowl, apply it to your scalp. Ensure that it’s not too hot as you don’t want to burn yourself. Once it’s on, allow it to sit for several moments before shampooing it out.

It’s easy to see that you don’t have to invest a fortune in order to have beautiful, healthy hair. With just a few everyday home products you can bring your hair back to life.
